주식회사 피콘(이하 ‘회사’)은 인플루언서 회원(이하 ‘회원’)의 개인정보 및 SNS 데이터를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1.회원가입 시 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 목적
회사는 정보주체의 동의를 받지 않고 처리하는 개인정보와 동의를 받아 처리하는 개인정보를 구분하여 아래와 같이 공개합니다.
동의를 받지 않고 처리하는 개인정보 항목 (필수)
- 처리 항목: 카카오로부터 제공받은 카카오계정(휴대전화번호), 카카오계정(이메일), 이름, 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 성별, 연령대, 출생 연도
- 처리 목적: 회원가입 의사 확인, 이용자 식별, 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입 제한을 위한 연령 확인, 광고주 캠페인 매칭을 위한 회원 프로필 구성, 서비스 주요 안내 및 발송 결과/정산 내역 등 서비스 알림 발송, 고객 문의 처리
- 법적 근거: 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 제1항 제4호(계약의 체결 및 이행)
- 보유·이용 기간: 회원 탈퇴 시까지
동의를 받아 처리하는 개인정보 항목 (선택)
가. 선택 정보
- 처리 항목: 생일. 위 필수 항목 중 성별, 연령대와 출생 연도를 아래 목적에 이용하는 것도 본 동의에 따릅니다.
- 처리 목적: 생일 축하 혜택 등 연령대와 성별에 따른 맞춤형 혜택 제공
- 법적 근거: 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 제1항 제1호(동의)
- 보유·이용 기간: 회원 탈퇴 또는 동의 철회 시까지
나. 광고성 정보 수신
- 처리 항목: 휴대전화번호
- 처리 목적: 서비스 홍보 및 판매 권유를 위한 개인정보 처리, 곧 회사의 소식과 프로모션, 혜택 정보의 전송
- 법적 근거: 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 제1항 제1호(동의). 광고성 정보의 전송에는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따른 위 동의와 별도로 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제50조에 따른 수신동의가 필요하며, 회사는 두 동의를 함께 받습니다.
- 보유·이용 기간: 동의 철회 또는 회원 탈퇴 시까지. 다만 동의 및 철회에 관한 기록은 관련 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보존
※ 발송 결과, 정산 내역 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 알림은 위 동의와 무관하게 발송됩니다.
2.서비스 이용 및 정산 단계에서 수집하는 정보
회사는 가입 이후 특정 기능을 이용하는 시점에 아래와 같은 정보를 추가로 수집할 수 있습니다.
- SNS 계정 연동 시 (선택): 인스타그램/유튜브/틱톡의 팔로워 수, 프로필 정보, 게시물 메타데이터 (※ SNS 데이터 시각화 및 캠페인 매칭 목적)
- 수익 정산 시 (필요 시): 은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주명, 주민등록번호(또는 신분증 사본 - 세무 신고 목적)
3.개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않으나, 회원이 특정 ‘광고주 캠페인’에 자발적으로 참여하는 경우에 한하여 원활한 진행(샘플 배송 등)을 위해 해당 파트너사에게 필요한 최소한의 정보(이름, 연락처 등)를 제공할 수 있습니다.
4.데이터 파기 및 회원의 권리
회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 [설정] 메뉴를 통해 SNS 연동을 해제하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 수집된 개인정보 및 API 연동 데이터는 즉시 파기됩니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따른 결제/정산 기록은 법정 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기됩니다.
Peakon Influencer Privacy Policy
Peakon Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its Influencer Members and complies with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act.
1.Items and Purposes of Personal Information Collected Upon Registration
The Company discloses the personal information it processes without the data subject’s consent separately from the personal information it processes with consent, as follows.
Processed without consent (Required)
- Items: Provided by Kakao: Kakao account (mobile phone number), Kakao account (email), name, nickname, profile picture, gender, age range, birth year.
- Purposes: Verifying intent to register, identifying users, checking age to restrict sign-up by children under 14, building member profiles for advertiser campaign matching, sending key service notices and service alerts such as message delivery results and settlement details, and handling customer inquiries.
- Legal basis: Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act (conclusion and performance of a contract).
- Retention period: Until membership withdrawal.
Processed with consent (Optional)
A. Optional information
- Items: Birthday. Use of the gender, age range and birth year above for the purpose below is also based on this consent.
- Purpose: Customized benefits by age range and gender, such as birthday offers.
- Legal basis: Article 15(1)(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act (consent).
- Retention period: Until membership withdrawal or withdrawal of consent.
B. Receipt of advertising information
- Items: Mobile phone number.
- Purpose: Processing personal information for service promotion and sales solicitation, namely sending the Company’s news, promotions and benefit information.
- Legal basis: Article 15(1)(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act (consent). Sending advertising information also requires a separate opt-in under Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Company obtains both consents together.
- Retention period: Until withdrawal of consent or membership withdrawal. Records of consent and withdrawal are kept for the period required by law.
※ Service alerts necessary for operation, such as message delivery results and settlement details, are sent regardless of the above consent.
2.Information Collected During Service Use and Settlement
The Company may collect additional information when the Member uses specific features after registration.
- SNS Account Connection (Optional): Follower counts, profile info, and post metadata from Instagram/YouTube/TikTok. (Purpose: Visual display and campaign matching)
- Settlement for Monetization (As needed): Bank name, account number, account holder name, Resident Registration Number (or copy of identification card - for tax reporting purposes).
3.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
As a general rule, the Company does not provide personal information to external parties. However, if a Member voluntarily participates in a specific ‘Advertiser Campaign’, minimum necessary information (Name, Contact info, etc.) may be provided to the respective partner for execution purposes (e.g., sample delivery).
4.Data Destruction and Member Rights
Members may revoke SNS connections or request account deletion at any time through the [Settings] menu. Upon withdrawal, all collected personal information and API data will be destroyed immediately. However, transaction/settlement records required by law will be stored separately for the statutory period before being destroyed.
